Party Cancellation: The deposit is nonrefundable within 3 weeks of your scheduled party date, no exceptions. All payments will be forfeited. Party Reschedule: You must email a request to SecretPoleDanceStudio@yahoo.com a minimum of 2 weeks before your event. No guarantees we'll have your new date available, but we will try our best to accommodate. All payments will be forfeited.
